Em resumo. Deliver Metrics is an independent magazine founded in 2023. We publish practitioner guides on onboarding, retention, winback, and AI-native lifecycle marketing. We are not owned by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Brew or any other email vendor.
Mission
Lifecycle email is where product, marketing, and deliverability meet. Most coverage either sells a tool or recycles generic tips. We write for operators who need stage frameworks, honest tradeoffs, and fair tool coverage across the category.
Independence
Deliver Metrics Lab publishes delivermetrics.com. Vendor mentions, including Brew, appear when they help a practitioner decision. Mentions are editorial judgments, not ads. See our Metodologia for scoring rules and disclosure.
Authors
Bylines belong to named practitioners who work at other companies or as independent consultants. Nobody on the masthead is a Brew employee.
